Файлы (ноты в PDF и другие материалы), которые вы получаете на этом сайте, предназначены только для личного использования. Вы не можете перепродавать или распространять их без моего разрешения.

Terms of use
The files (PDF sheet music and other materials) you receive on this site are for personal use only. You may not resell or redistribute them without my permission.
Files may be personalised: they carry the name and email of the buyer (or of the person who received them with a code).
By buying or downloading files you agree to these terms and consent to Slava — Piano Covers using your email to send you the files you requested. See the privacy policy below for where, how and why we store your data.

- Подарки. Владелец может отправить часть оставшихся песен другому человеку: получатель получает новый собственный код по email (даритель его не видит). Подарок нельзя забрать обратно; число подарков с одного кода ограничено.
- Нет денежной стоимости. Код и его остаток нельзя обменять на деньги, передать за плату или обменять на что-либо, кроме песен каталога.
- Потерянный код. Напишите мне с адреса владельца — я найду заказ и отправлю код повторно.
- Аннулирование. Если платёж за код отменён (возврат, оспаривание платежа) или код используется в обход правил, я могу аннулировать неиспользованный остаток. Уже выданные песни остаются выданными.
- Цены. Изменение цен на сайте не влияет на уже купленные коды.
Song credits
A song pack is a prepaid code for a set number of songs. One song from the pack is exchanged for any one song in the catalogue, whatever its regular price.
- The code is tied to the owner’s email. Opening a code takes the code and the owner’s email (whoever bought the pack or received it as a gift). Keep both safe: anyone who has the code and the email can spend the remaining songs.
- Expiry. Packs bought on this site do not expire. The songs stay on the code until you choose them.
- Choosing songs. Songs are chosen on the song-picker page with no payment step; you can choose in several visits and the balance stays on the code. Songs already delivered stay delivered and are not returned to the code.
- Gifts. The owner may give some of the remaining songs to another person: the recipient gets a new code of their own by email (the giver does not see it). A gift cannot be taken back, and the number of gifts from one code is limited.
- No cash value. A pack and its balance cannot be exchanged for money, resold, or exchanged for anything other than catalogue songs.
- Lost code. Write to me from the owner’s email — I will find the order and resend the code.
- Cancellation. If the payment for a pack is reversed (refund, payment dispute) or a code is used to get around these rules, I may cancel its unused balance. Songs already delivered stay delivered.
- Prices. A change of prices on the site does not affect packs you have already bought.

Sheet music and song packs are digital goods delivered right after payment, so paid orders and song packs are non-refundable.
If something went wrong — you were charged twice, a file will not open, or your code never arrived — please write to me and we will sort it out.

Как мы собираем информацию
Мы получаем данные, когда вы пользуетесь сайтом — например, покупаете товар, выбираете песни по коду или подписываетесь на рассылку.
Какие данные собираются
Это может быть ваше имя, адрес электронной почты, IP-адрес и сведения о том, какие страницы и когда вы открывали. Если вы делаете пожертвование или покупку, данные вашей банковской карты у нас не хранятся: их принимают сторонние платёжные сервисы, специализирующиеся на безопасной обработке карточных платежей.
Предоплата песен. Для работы кодов мы храним email покупателя, email владельца кода, email дарителя и получателя (если код подарен), email и имя того, кто выбирает песни, а также историю использования кода. Эти данные нужны только для работы кодов: выдачи и восстановления кода, защиты от злоупотреблений и учёта.
Журнал событий. Чтобы защищать коды от подбора и разбираться в обращениях, мы записываем неудачные попытки открыть код: время, IP-адрес и то, что было введено (код и email). Эти записи хранятся 14 дней. Действия администратора (изменение настроек, блокировки, оповещения, ошибки отправки писем) записываются без введённых посетителем данных и хранятся 12 месяцев. Экспорт или удаление записей, относящихся к вашему адресу, можно запросить по адресу smakovsky@gmail.com.
Как мы используем информацию
Мы можем использовать ваши данные, чтобы:

What is the purpose of this website?
The purpose of this website is to provide access (paid or free) to piano sheets and MIDI files.
How do we collect information from you?
We obtain information about you when you use our website — for example, when you purchase a product, choose songs with a code, or register to receive our newsletters.
What type of information is collected from you?
The personal information we collect might include your name, email address, IP address, and information regarding what pages are accessed and when. If you make a donation online or purchase a product from us, your card information is not held by us; it is collected by our third-party payment processors, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions.
Song packs. To run the codes we store the buyer’s email, the code owner’s email, the giver’s and recipient’s emails (when a code is gifted), the email and name of the person choosing songs, and the history of the code’s use. This data is used only to operate the packs: issuing and recovering a code, preventing abuse, and bookkeeping.
Activity log. To protect codes from guessing and to answer your questions, we record failed attempts to open a code: the time, the IP address and what was typed (the code and the email). These records are kept for 14 days. Administrator actions (setting changes, lockouts, alerts, mail sending errors) are recorded without anything a visitor typed and are kept for 12 months. You can ask for an export or deletion of the records that relate to your address at smakovsky@gmail.com.
How is your information used?
We may use your information to:
- process a donation that you have made;
- process orders that you have submitted;
- notify you of changes to our services;
- send you digital products which you purchased;
- send you communications about new products and promotions.
Providing your email address means that from time to time Slava — Piano Covers can send you an email containing news, promotions or other information that may interest you. You can opt out of receiving these emails at any time.
We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity.
Who has access to your information?
We will not sell or rent your information to third parties, and we will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-party service providers working on our behalf. We may pass your information to third-party service providers for the purposes of completing tasks and providing services to you on our behalf (for example to process payments and send you products and emails). When we do, we disclose only the personal information that is necessary to deliver the service, and we have a contract in place that requires them to keep your information secure and not to use it for their own direct marketing purposes. We will not release your information to third parties for them to use for their own direct marketing purposes unless you have requested us to do so, or we are required to do so by law — for example by a court order, or for the purposes of prevention of fraud or other crime.
When you are using our secure online payment pages, your payment is processed by a third-party payment processor who specialises in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions. If you have any questions regarding secure transactions, please contact us.
Your choices
You have a choice about whether or not you wish to receive information from us. If you do not want to receive direct marketing communications from us you can unsubscribe using the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of every email. You can change your marketing preferences at any time by writing to smakovsky@gmail.com. Your request will be honoured within 24–48 hours and you will receive an email confirmation when it is completed.
How you can access, update and delete your information
The accuracy of your information is important to us. We are working on ways to make it easier for you to review and correct the information we hold about you. In the meantime, if you change your email address, or any other information we hold is inaccurate or out of date, please email smakovsky@gmail.com.
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you. We may charge $20 for information requests to cover our costs in providing you with the details.
If you would like all your information to be deleted, please email smakovsky@gmail.com. Upon validation, your email address, purchase history and any other information we have about you will be deleted permanently.
Security precautions in place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of your information
When you give us personal information we take steps to ensure that it is treated securely. Any sensitive information (such as credit or debit card details) is encrypted and protected with 128-bit SSL encryption. When you are on a secure page, a lock icon appears in your browser.
Non-sensitive details (your email address etc.) are transmitted normally over the Internet, and this can never be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your information we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems. Where we have given (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
Profiling
We may analyse your personal information to create a profile of your interests and preferences so that we can contact you with information relevant to you. We may make use of additional information about you when it is available from external sources to help us do this effectively.
